3.2. Payment for orders must be made at the time of purchase through our secure payment gateway. Or By Cash on delivery at time of delivery.

4.2. Dream Party is not responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery that are beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs delays.
